JFGraphix LLC – Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed at our production facility in Hatfield Township, PA.

Typical production and handling times are:

  • Standard products: 3–5 business days
  • Custom printed items (apparel, decals, signage, banners, 3D-printed parts, laser-engraved items): 5–10 business days
  • High-volume commercial orders: may require additional time. We will notify you if extended production time is needed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or U.S. federal holidays.

If we experience unusually high order volume or material delays, we will notify you directly by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. JFGraphix LLC ships using:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx (for oversized or commercial freight)

Estimated delivery times (after production is complete):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: next business day (subject to availability)

Carrier delays (weather, regional disruptions, or system issues) may impact delivery times and are outside our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • Estimated delivery date

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

4. Packaging & Handling

We package all products to ensure safe delivery:

  • Apparel ships in protective poly mailers or cartons
  • Decals and prints are shipped flat or rolled depending on size
  • Rigid signage and banners include corner protectors and cushioning
  • 3D-printed parts ship secured inside protective inserts
  • Laser-engraved items are padded and boxed for transport

Special packaging requirements will be communicated if needed.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at contact@jfgraphix.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the packaging and damaged product
  • A description of the issue

We will replace or repair the item promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a carrier marks a package as Delivered, JFGraphix LLC is not responsible for loss or theft. However, we will help:

  • File a carrier claim
  • Document the issue
  • Determine replacement options (case-by-case)

6. Returns, Exchanges & Re-Shipments

Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

  • Items damaged or misprinted due to JFGraphix LLC error will be replaced at no cost.
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout may result in additional re-shipping fees.

Custom items are generally not returnable, except in cases of defects or production mistakes.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.
